How Can I Purchase Tickets To Shows?
All shows are pre-sold through this website. You can also book via the website. Tickets are emailed and can be printed out at time of purchase.
Tickets can also be purchased at the door on the day/night of the show (only if still available). Please note: If you cannot print your tickets, we accept them shown via your phone’s email app, otherwise photo identification must be presented.
Can I Refund/Exchange My Tickets?
We ask that you carefully choose the show, the quantity of tickets required and ticket type during the transaction process. Please note there are no refunds or ticket exchanges available once payment has been made, unless a show has been postponed or cancelled. Full ticketing terms and conditions can be found here.
What Happens If I Misplace My Tickets Or I Am Unable To Print Them Out?
If by chance you happen to misplace your tickets, please email us at info@yarravilleclub.com.au and we will re- send a confirmation to you. Please note we will have you listed on our booking report, so long as you are able to provide valid ID you will have no problem gaining admittance to the show. This also applies to those who are unable to print their tickets for any reason.
What Are The Bookings Fees For Ticketing?
Booking fees are charged by our online ticketing provider to cover admin costs and are not refundable. The current charge is 0.30c per ticket.
Are Shows At Yarraville Live Seated Or Standing?
Most performances will have a seating allocation (usually pre-booked) as well as a standing only area.
How Can I Reserve A Seat?

What Are The Normal Show Running Times?
For most evening shows doors open at 6.45pm (Dinner & Show) and 8:00pm (Seats & GA). For Friday, Saturday & Public Holiday eve shows support acts will be on stage at 8:40pm and the headline act will be on stage at 9:40pm.
Please check the website for scheduled playing times for each show as times can vary depending upon the individual artists and the number of acts on the bill.
Is There A Dance Floor?
Depending on the room layout for each show, it is not always possible for us to have a dance floor set up.
However we consider each show on a case by case basis and make decisions on whether or not to have a dance floor after taking into account the perceived demand for one as well as prices for seated tickets. If a decision is made to include a dance floor in the room set up it will be advertised on the website.
Can I Eat At The Venue?
Patrons who have a Dinner & Show booking dine in the room where they will be watching the show. Patrons can also dine in the main bistro on show nights between 5:30pm – 9:00pm. Bookings are advisable and can be made via the Yarraville Club’s website.
How Do I Get To The Yarraville Club?
The Yarraville Club is located at 135 Stephen Street, Yarraville. The club is a short 5-minute walk from Yarraville train station which is a short 16-minute journey to or from Flinders Street station.
Can I Park Near The Venue?
There is ample parking at The Yarraville Club in the club car park (77 spaces available) and surrounding streets.
Can Under Age Patrons Attend Shows?
People under the age of 18 years are not allowed to attend Yarraville Live shows.
Does The Venue Accept Companion Cards?
People with disabilities who require a companion to accompany them to the show should send an email to info@yarravilleclub.com.au with their companion card number and companion’s name. We will then contact you to arrange for the companion to attend the show without charge.
Is There A Dress Code At The Venue?
Neat and Tidy attire at all times with the following NOT permitted to be worn at any time:
– Hats, Caps (except for special events i.e. Melbourne Cup & religious headwear)
– Sports attire (Football Jerseys are acceptable on Game Days)
– Gang related colours or slogans
– Offensive or suggestive slogans
– After 7.00pm & Functions – Smart casual attire only, no thongs, shorts or singlets
Is There A Smoking Area At The Yarraville Club?
Yes, there are designated smoking areas throughout the venue.
Do You Have Wheelchair Access?
The club is wheelchair friendly.
Can I Bring Recording Devices Like Audio, Tape, Camera Or Film Into The Yarraville Club?
No, you cannot record an artist’s performance. You would require permission from the artist and the venue as per the Copyright Act, as the performance is “owned” by the artist. The final authority to allow or not allow such recording devices on the night rests with the artists performing and not the venue.
